Alright, full conspiracy board here. There are four people who could've beat me to the item: Cerberus, Loki, Matt & Hathor, and Kitsune. One blue, two purples, one red. Nobody else has enough posts early enough to have it. I took screenshots of the member list twice in the event of this happening.
So, what I think I'll do is just straight-up ask Kitsune about it. If he doesn't have it, I'll go public with it, post it in the tribe forum and let my two opponents in this challenge know about it. Neither of them have it and if Kitsune doesn't have it, nobody else on my tribe does.
This plan, of course, requires Kitsune to message me back!!!

I'm realizing that Cerberus does have GD posts, they just don't show up on his Activity feed. Interesting. I bet he deleted them, perhaps to cover his tracks? At any rate he only has a couple of posts there, still could absolutely be him (and indeed, I suspect it more if that's the case).

So, here's where things stand right now:
Papauanuku and I are besties. I told her about the ring, then the Mjolnir clue came up totally accidentally during our chat so yeah we're besties forever now and we share info. She told me that Cerberus has the ring (which I suspected!) and that it allows them to talk to someone on the other tribe and she was chosen, so good for her. I suspect there's more to it, as the clue said that it would take time to mature, but that's all I know for now.
Everyone else is superfuckingboring to talk to. I guess the dwarves are fine, but Kitsune sends like two messages then dips, Chaos gives me one-line responses, Billy hasn't responded to me and Cthulhu is similarly morose. This tribe is boring and I want off the ride.
I'm considering telling Jael and Hades about the ring - not who has it, just that it's a thing to be aware of. I don't see any downside and I think it'd form a bond. Jael is smart and clearly a bit cutthroat; we agreed to play together but she made a couple moves in the game that were definitely her trying to get ahead. Hades is nice but a bit of a dim bulb. Still, I can use that.

I would not vote out Papatuanuku. My preference would be Cthulhu or Chaos but TBH I don't care as long as it ain't me!
