Have you heard the tale of Rumpelstiltskin the Imp? I thought so, it's the story your grade school teacher would tell you. Rumpelstiltskin was an imp, so powerful he could turn even straw into gold. He was so opportunistic he could get anything he wanted, with such abilities that many considered to be unnatural. One day he attempted to steal the firstborn son of the queen, by making a deal with her to save her from execution. However, one night he taught her everything about himself she needed, most importantly his name, which would cause him to be unable to complete his deal. Ironic, he could bring good fortune to others, but not himself.
Much like the Queen, in this challenge you will have to figure something out. It consists of two rounds.
Each round the moderators will pose as a mythological figure, we will also come up with a phrase that relates to the figure.
You will need to ask yes or no questions in order to work out what the phrase is. You will know in advance how many words are in the phrase and it may have a few words filled in (and, or, if, etc).
Note: Mods may answer with "Technically, Yes" or "Technically, No" if an answer is yes or no but would otherwise be misleading.
When any word from the phrase is used in a question, the mods will fill it in to the phrase thus helping you solve it.
Note: Conjugations still count as the word. So swimming would fill in a blank of "swim".
You will keep asking questions until you have the whole phrase filled out.
Questions must be somewhat coherent in order to be accepted and answered. For example, "Are you a musician?" would be valid, as would "Does the phrase have something to do with animals?". A clearly grammatically incorrect string of unrelated words is not a question. Do not copy the dictionary or do anything that appears to be an attempt to game the system. If a moderator deems a question too close to doing this, the question will count against you but will not be answered or count towards the displayed words.
You may use google to try and help you determine the phrase.
In addition, the moderators have decided on a secret action. Any time the guessers perform this action (it can be saying a specific word, posting at a specific time, or something like that), you will be alerted, and you will get a penalty of one additional guess. The action is the same for both phrases.
When both phrases have been guessed, the tribe will be done with the challenge. The two tribes that take the fewest questions (including penalties) will win Immunity, with the other tribes going to Tribal Council. The tiebreaker will be the fastest time winning. You have 24 hours to begin the challenge but that's in no way a hard deadline.
Time Expectations: This challenge should take less than an hour of active questioning/responses.
Communication: You may discuss this challenge freely with your tribe.
