maat and hathor disagree on the game.... a lot. other hydras like to talk about how well they meshed and how much they felt on the same page but it's barely a week into the game and our opinions seem to be so disparate. due to this we'll have pretty lengthy discord convos working out those differences and we want to make sure you're aware of those conversations too just so you can see how we think!

Keep in mind, Maat and Hathor labels are based off their confessional identities.

like i have a lot of experience where i made alliances early and i closed myself off to others
and then i learned after the game that's what ruined the merge for me
i didn't have enough connections to others because i was holding on to prior alliances too strongly
here i feel like we don't have that many strong connections, just a few loose ones

3. Athena. this is surprising for me but i think after two little bumps with athena and her fessing them all up to us, our relationship is a lot more solid. with jesus on our side, i feel extra solid with her
4. Hades i think he really goes off on game talk and there is still potential there as one of my ex lovers. i will still be strengthening that relationship because i still love him a little
5. Cerberus is only this high because he played an idol on us. i dont feel solid on him otherwise. maybe this is a bad reason to put him higher but i'd feel bad putting him low after he used an idol on us despite it doing nothing
6. Poppy i do trust but i think everyone trusts her so that trust is no longer valuable in my opinion. im scared of how hard we'll get stabbed by her?
7. Persephone SUCKS BUTT. i hope she dies soon. shes only higher than jael because jael is still pretending like everything is fine when its not.

1. Jesus - I trust him so much right now. It seems like he constantly has our back and has been keeping us updated on the movements of others which is important. Like not hiding info from us which is important.

2. Panda - He told us about the betrayal of Cerb which I feel is a big display of trust. I don't think he would have done this if he didn't actually trust us and is expecting us to keep him safe here. Though I do think he's been a slippery creature for quite a while and I'd love to deal with that soon.

3. Hades - He's at least not exposed us to Cerberus yet and I feel like he's been honest and genuine with us. I have never felt him falter and think he sees us as a true partner in this game. I would love to endgame with him if we get the chance.

4. Poppy - I can't NOT put her high after how much she's done for us. Like I KNOW she loves us which is important. But ughhh she's been managing her threat level so well and sacrificing so much of her game for us which I appreciate so much, but I feel like if we took her to the end she'd say something along the lines of Maat and Hathor wouldn't be here if it weren't for me, which might be true. She's been doing a lot of playing both sides for us and I think she's been wanting that too much. To be our little sneak on the inside. So she can have those relationships but we can't.

5. Cerb - I think him using the idol on us was mostly self-preservation. It was a two part idol which I guess forced him to pick us with him, but if it was a one part idol he would have only played it on himself. I still feel like he's been getting a bit distant and wanting different things from us like wanting to protect the titans so vehemently, which makes me wary. Like we're already at titan majority so he worries me a bit.

6. Athena - I want to trust her but I just have not built up that relationship yet. Like the fact that she exposed something I told her (out of protection of HER) to then use that against us, makes me so uncomfortable. Like I was probably the first one that brought up to her that P&D/Elo/Jael were worried about a Hades/Athena power duo forming and now that's going to be a huge thing Hades/Athena have to deal with but we get no thanks for that

7. Persephone - I want her to be higher, but she's just not at that level right now after all she's done. I want her to not hate us as a start, but I think she's realizing she's made connections with everyone left in the game that she can't target anyone else BUT us at this point. Like she's locked herself in on a target and we need to find a way to maneuver her off of us and direct her onto someone else. I think building up these big bad threats controlling the game and making us fight will help redirect her and maybe be useful later on down the line.

8. Jael - Jael Jael Jael.... I don't trust her whatsoever. I feel like they're a huge threat that's just going to manage to sneak out of this vote someone. We pretty much have confirmation that they have the video idol and we don't even know for sure that Mjolnir is done being itself but that video idol is going to prove to be pretty chaotic with the Moirai round. There's 17 votes in play, not counting the video idol vote I believe. Unless they get to vote the round they use it. Then make that 18. We need to try and map out where everyone voted and see how much maneuvering we need to do. But overall she has been ready to backstab us and poisoning the well all over. The best part is she doesn't know that we know all that yet.

I feel like this could work. Like if Athena/Hades are already being talked about like a group, might as well use them. And if Jesus and Athena are good with each other, they might want us to do that anyways. I think this also gives us a good distance from Cerb/Poppy that we need considering everyone thinks we're running the game with them. I think we'd need to tell them that just so they know we're not abandoning them and trying to play all sides, but use it as a way to get everyone else out of the game and pull Athena/Jesus in to "potentially backstab them at final 6"
I use airquotes there because I assume we'd turn on Cerb/Poppy then with Jesus anyways lol

I think I have Athena low just because I don't know WHERE she is at the moment. Like is she ACTUALLY with Hades? Does she actually feel good about Jesus? Like there's so many questions she has to deal with and I don't know if we'll have all the answers by this tribal.
