I think 12/14 is LY? Because I have ON already, and it's a four-letter word.

12/14 is CE instead. Once makes more sense than only and solves more.

So far: H = 8 O = 9 C = 12 E = 14 T = 16 N = 17 I = 18 A = 21 W = 22 Q/X/Z = 2/4/26 -> This one literally doesn't matter. Any solution is valid.

going through adjacent squares, find a path start to finish that passes through an equal number of squares of each non-white color. you may visit the white square. visit no square more than once. ^ instructions. mods please don't confirm if this is right until i submit final solution, and even then, just tell me if it's right or wrong. don't tell me where i went wrong.

went from: cyan 1 -> orange 1 -> yellow 1 -> red 1 -> red 2 -> yellow 2 -> cyan 2 -> orange 2 -> green 1 -> green 2 -> finish instructions were: going through adjacent squares, find a path start to finish that passes through an equal number of squares of each non-white color. you may visit the white square. visit no square more than once.
finish time: 2253 @mods can you confirm if this is the correct solution?

Solution to Puzzle Instructions of Puzzle going through adjacent squares, find a path start to finish that passes through an equal number of squares of each non-white color. you may visit the white square. visit no square more than once. @mods please confirm this post instead, since this one looks nicer.==== started at: 2218 finished at: 2253 time taken: 35 minutes

That is not the solution, you can't move diagonally actually.
