MARION’S CHARIOTS, LLC
Salvete! Thank you for looking at Marion’s Chariots, LLC. I look forward to getting your help on marketing our new line of chariots to the next generation of drivers. Here’s a little background on myself and the company.
Background
Marion’s Chariots, LLC (henceforth referred to as MC) began as a passion project--my father, Eusebius, had purchased chariots in the past, and would effectively “flip” them, he would buy chariots with minor defects, buff them up, and sell them at a higher price to all sorts of folks. Royals, merchants, even Senators and nobles from far-off lands would come to MC to get a decent deal on the best chariots around. As wealth spread among the upper class, however, the company pivoted, and began commissioning its own premium line of chariots which could be sold new to consumers...well, any consumer who was willing to pay for one.
Since that time, MC has continued to build a reputation for premium products, and now I, Marion, want to take our company to the next level, releasing new product lines which will take the Roman world by storm.
Strategy
We intend to construct two product lines: one lower-end line for lower-middle class families, called the Dominationem. The other, a medium-tier chariot for middle-upper class families, is called the Vicit.
Your Goal
We’ve asked both teams here to help structure an ad campaign for both the Dominationem and the Vicit. You may market both together, or each individually. You may use any medium(s) you wish, from graphics to radio ads to TV commercials to celebrity endorsements. In the end, your campaigns will be judged by one third party, who will choose who wins this task. After that, the task leader of the winning team must choose two people to join them in the Boardroom. The player the third party believes was the worst for this task will be eliminated. They are allowed to use whatever criteria they wish.
